The population has been adapting to the availability of the vast majority of fruit and vegetable products throughout the year, whether of national or international origin. Thus, this course will provide sufficient knowledge to be able to differentiate a wide range of fruit and vegetable products, as well as know and evaluate the ripening processes that these products go through and the most appropriate measures for their handling with the greatest possible hygiene and safety. Sales techniques will also be addressed in the course in order to provide training to the sales clerk in all areas.
