Objectives

Once you have successfully completed the geomatics course, you will have achieved the following objectives: - Know the fundamentals of the main areas of study related to geomatics, such as geodesy, cartography, GIS geographic information systems, topography, remote sensing and photogrammetry. - Know the operation and application of LIDAR technologies. - Identify and characterize spatial data infrastructures or IDEs. - Study the information system on land occupation of Spain SIOSE. - Analyze the main ISO standards related to geographical information, the UNE-EN ISO 19110:2017 and UNE-EN ISO 19131:2009 standards.
