- Know the functions, procedures, techniques and instruments of judicial expertise. - Know the different types of Expertise that we can find. - Interpret the mediation system and its importance in the involvement of those affected. - Differentiate between the types of expert reports. - Know the process of preparing expert reports. - Analyze judicial evidence, from its concept to the practice of said evidence. - Analyze how to evaluate the expert evidence. - Provide an introduction to the discipline of Victimology through basic concepts related to it. - Describe the events and historical circumstances that have allowed the creation of the discipline of Victimology. - Differentiate the different types of victims through the most used victimological classifications. - Establish the most notable characteristics of the victim-victimizer relationship. - Describe the main areas of victimization that are studied from victimology: sexual abuse of minors, sexual assaults against women, domestic violence and gender violence, terrorism, organized crime and computer victimization, among other areas. - Identify the main assistance, protection and reparation services for victims. - Describe the legal situation of the victim in Spain, taking into account current legislation and the Spanish criminal system. - Explain what victimization prevention consists of and how to work with victims.

This Judicial Expert Course in Victimology prepares you to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as an Expert in courts and tribunals, especially in the civil and criminal field. Article 335.1 of the LEC (Law 1/2000, of January 7, on Civil Procedure) refers to this figure and establishes that: “When scientific, artistic, technical or practical knowledge is necessary to assess relevant facts or circumstances in the matter or acquire certainty about them, the parties could contribute to the process the opinion of experts who possess the corresponding knowledge…” With this Judicial Expert Course you will be able to practice before demands from Individuals and Companies, Administration and Justice. At the end of the course, the student will obtain a Diploma that will allow him or her to register as a Professional Associate in ASPEJURE and be able to practice in the Courts and Tribunals. It is a course suitable for access to the Court Lists.
