When you think about maritime law, competition rules are often not usually taken into account. In this course, you will know such important aspects as judicial competence as well as the tax regulations to be applied as far as maritime law is concerned, without forgetting international trade in the transport of goods. In Isem, we have all the necessary tools for you to obtain an exhaustive knowledge of all these aspects and also, you are supervised by our teaching staff specialized in the field.

The present master's degree in business and maritime law is aimed at all those people who expand their knowledge in the field of maritime law and business, as well as professionals who wish to continue training.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
