The objectives that are intended to be achieved with this rural master are the following: - Know the most important aspects for the management of hotels and accommodations and on strategic management, organizational design and direction by objectives in this type of establishments. - Operatively manage rural accommodation in its internal aspects such as restoration service processes, different departments, etc. - Apply administrative and financial management to the rural accommodation to be directed. - Define the characteristics of the rural tourism subsector within the framework of the tourism system and, in particular, the activity of accommodation of this nature, considering the relations of the respective establishments with other companies and the circuits and types of information that are generated. - Define simple viability projects for the constitution and implementation of small rural accommodation companies, using the corresponding information channels. - Formulate proposals for adaptation of rural accommodation such as tourist accommodations, based on types-types already carried out, justifying actions and resources that are viable for design, rehabilitation and decoration. - Compare and apply techniques for the purchase of furniture and equipment and for the supply and control of merchandise consumption that are necessary for the implementation of rural accommodation and to meet the demands derived from its exploitation. - Estimate possible prices of accommodation and gastronomic offers typical of rural accommodation, according to business plans. - Apply the management and control processes necessary for the exercise of the rural accommodation activity. - Distinguish and use computer equipment and programs that may be necessary for the management and accounting administrative control of rural accommodation. - Apply commercial, sales and negotiation techniques, appropriate to rural accommodations, estimating its importance for the achievement of business objectives. - Distinguish and use computer equipment and programs that may be necessary for the promotion and marketing of rural accommodations. - Define simple gastronomic offers of accommodation located in rural and/or natural environments. - Characterize food raw materials of common use, describing varieties, qualities and peculiarities and identifying the culinary factors that must be taken into account in the process of elaboration or conservation. - Use equipment, machines and tools that make up the basic endowment for the preparation of simple culinary elaborations, according to their applications and depending on optimal performance. - Prepare and present breakfasts, simple culinary elaborations and significant dishes in the area in accordance with the definition of the product and applying the respective elaboration standards. - Apply methods of regeneration, conservation and packaging of food. - Design and make simple decorations with genres and gastronomic products, applying simple graphic and decoration techniques. - Develop the food and beverage service process in the dining room, using suitable techniques according to type and/or category of accommodation. - Identify the most used service techniques in accommodations located in rural and/or natural environments, characterizing them, explaining their advantages and disadvantages and justifying their suitability according to the type of accommodation. - Describe the most significant dishes of different rural and/or natural environments.

Once the training is finished in this master, you will be trained to develop its activity in large, medium and small companies of rural accommodation on their own or foreign, in tourist establishments, agrotourism, ... as well as in any company related to rural tourism.
