Objectives

- Acquire the skills necessary to perform teaching duties in a training center or private academy. - Acquire the pedagogical and didactic skills necessary for the design, planning, management and implementation of a Training Plan, both in the business field and in official Non-Regulated training. - Offer the basic concepts and theoretical foundations of the Pilates technique. - Provide students with knowledge about the anatomical and physiological bases of the human body and movement. Identify the various modalities of Pilates and their respective specific training. - Know the body fundamentals necessary for proper Pilates practice. - Recognize various special cases in which the practice of the Pilates Method offers greater benefits and the specific training necessary for each case. - Recognize the different types of foods and their characteristics in order to enjoy a balanced nutritious diet. - Identify the most common injuries in sports and know what to do if you suffer any of them. - Differentiate the ethical standards that the Pilates instructor must follow and the psychological notions that he must implant in his students to achieve success in practice.

This Course allows the student to acquire the necessary knowledge and the correct technique for executing each of the Pilates exercises, as well as develop the necessary skills to apply them in different professional fields. The student will also obtain the Qualification of Trainer of Trainers that qualifies him/her pedagogically to be a teacher of Courses taught by Training Centers and Academies, Unions, Business Confederations, Business Schools, etc. (Professional Training Courses for Employment FPE, Continuing Training on Offer, Program Contracts, Continuing Training on Demand, Subsidized Training, Avanza Plan, etc.)

Aimed at all aerobics instructors, bodybuilding instructors, gym teachers, fitness personnel, massage therapists, etc. interested in learning this technique. In general, it is also aimed at health professionals and people who wish to expand their knowledge in a field with high labor demand.

Double Qualification: - Professional Pilates Instructor Qualification with 200 hours issued by EDUSPORT and Accredited by the SPANISH FITNESS FEDERATION (FEF) to which you will be able to access as a Federated Member receiving the corresponding Professional Pilates Instructor Card. Furthermore, once the training is completed, the student will become part of the Spanish Registry of Exercise Professionals (ESREPs) that includes the professionals of the exercise, establishing a QUALITY STANDARD and a PROFESSIONAL REGISTER to guarantee safe and effective advice to clients who use fitness facilities by QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS. The Spanish Fitness Federation only accredits content referring to physical activity, any mention of technical-tactical aspects is outside its powers and accreditation. It is also accredited by APENB (Spanish Association of Naturopathy and Biotherapy) - University Qualification of Trainer of Trainers from the ANTONIO DE NEBRIJA UNIVERSITY with 5 ECTS University Credits. Course counted as merits for competitive examinations for access to the public teaching function in all CCs. AA., according to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007). This is carried out within the permanent training plan for teachers of the Antonio de Nebrija University.
