The programming of the Physical Education area is characterized by being: flexible, active and realistic, participatory, playful and creative. To achieve all this, we use different teaching methods and techniques, so with this course in Didactic Methodology of Sports Physical Activities + Physical Education Monitor, the necessary competencies of didactics in physical education are provided, in addition to professional knowledge to develop the functions of a physical education monitor in the development of a class or session with children or young people.
