The changes that have occurred in the world of work are demanding new training strategies and the renewal of teaching methodologies. Today, initial training is just the beginning of a whole path to follow. Indeed, the ongoing training of professionals is an essential requirement to be able to meet the demands and requirements of the work environment. This Trainer of Trainers in Food Allergies course (Double Degree + 5 ECTS Credits) has been created under this idea and aims to train teaching staff to develop different training actions. On the other hand, we must know that food allergy is an exaggerated immune response triggered by the consumption of eggs, peanuts, milk or some other specific food. This Course is adapted to European Regulation 1169/2011 with which we will know how we should deal with it and the different cases that may arise.
