Transport and Client Course: MF1463_2 Transport planning and customer relationships

In the field of transport and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields in driving, within the professional area of driving vehicles by road. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for transportation planning and customer relationships.

- Define the economic environment of road transport and market organization, as well as its influence on the economic and social field. - Define the social environment of road transport, explaining its general regulations and the specific transport of goods and travelers. - Describe and explain the procedures derived from the application of the current regulations contained in the basic legal framework of road transport, relating the most usual infractions with the sanctions established in the legislation. - Explain the importance of adoption of positive attitudes during the development of work, maintaining behaviors that contribute to assessing the brand's brand image. - Apply customer service techniques in commercial relations of road transport and resolution of claims and incidents.

He exercises his professional activity, both on his own and on behalf of others, in small, medium and large companies, both public and private, of collective urban transport by bus and intercity in Autocar, either nationally and internationally. Its professional activity is subject to regulation by the competent administration. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1463_2 Transportation planning and customer relationship planning, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
