UF0565 Energy Efficiency Course in heating and ACS facilities in buildings

In the field of energy and water, it is necessary to know the different fields of energy efficiency of buildings, within the professional area of energy efficiency. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to manage the efficient use of energy, evaluating the efficiency of energy and water facilities in buildings, collaborating in the process of energy certification of buildings, determining the viability of implementation of solar facilities, promoting the efficient use of energy and making improvement proposals, with the required quality, complying with the regulations in force and in safety conditions.

- Calculate the energy efficiency of heat generators, circulators and distribution pipe networks, through the analysis of the constitution and operation of them, in accordance with current regulations. - Describe the operation of an energy installation of heat generation from the corresponding technical documentation, identifying its parts, equipment and components, determining their technical characteristics and checking the normative requirements. - Analyze the operation of the control, television, measurement devices and verify that they contribute to the energy efficiency of the heating and ACS installation in accordance with current regulations - Classify the different control and energy recovery systems from the point of view of energy efficiency and compliance with current regulations. - Read the different measuring instruments of flow, pressure, temperature, among others and process the data obtained to be able to determine if the operation is efficient. - Check that the different control subsystems interact properly over the heat generation subsystem. - Determine the requirement of use of renewable energy and limitation of the use of electricity in the heating and ACS facilities according to current regulations. - Examine, in different types of heating and ACS facilities, the part of the total energy demand to be covered with the contribution of renewable energy and relating it to current regulations.

It develops its professional activity both on its own and integrated into companies, public or private, dedicated to studying, promotion, implementation and maintenance of energy facilities in buildings, as well as energy audits and certifications.

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the UF0565 Energy efficiency in the heating and ACS facilities in the buildings certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of energy and water, specifically in energy efficiency in buildings within the professional area Energy efficiency, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to energy efficiency in the heating and ACS facilities in buildings.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
