Through this course, students are offered sufficient knowledge of English to pass the Cambridge exam, the B2 English EOI level or the TOEFL test, obtaining equivalence to passing the first exam. More specifically, through this training you will be able to learn the English language and its grammar at an intermediate level, surpassing the following objectives: - Have the linguistic and non-linguistic resources necessary to participate in communicative exchanges with a degree of fluency, precision and naturalness sufficient so that your interlocutors do not have to make a special effort, - Have a level of awareness of the language that allows them to avoid errors that give rise to misunderstandings and use enough resources to overcome situations of ambiguity. and clarify what the interlocutor has wanted to say, - Use a broad linguistic repertoire, sufficient to express oneself with arguments and nuances, without major formulation errors and with clear pronunciation, - Consider the effect produced by their comments and take into account both the communication situation and their interlocutors to adapt the register and the level of formality to the different circumstances, - Have sufficient linguistic capacity to raise the details of a problem, present complaints and resolve conflict situations using their ability to argue and a persuasive language. - Prepare our students to take the official exams from levels A1 to B2 of the Common European Framework and the First Certificate with guarantees of success.
The knowledge developed in this B2 English level course enables students to pass the different tests currently available to obtain intermediate English accreditation certificates: Cambridge exam, Toefl, British Council, B2 English EOI level, First Certificate exam, Intermediate level, etc. These certificates, as well as the one obtained after passing the course, allow you to accredit knowledge of the language to apply for company vacancies, to access training programs, etc.
This APPROVED ONLINE COURSE of English B2 prepares you to acquire specific knowledge within the area, developing in the student the skills to function professionally in the sector, and more specifically in English B2, being a UNIVERSITY COURSE so it is APPROVED for OPPOSITIONS. Additionally, by completing this course you will obtain an Official Europass Certification (European Language Passport) that officially accredits the B2 level of English at the European level through a competency exam. By completing Level B2 of English, the student will acquire the following linguistic skills: - Listening Comprehension: I understand extensive speeches even when they are not clearly structured and when the relationships are only implicit and not explicitly stated. I understand television shows and movies without much effort. - Reading Comprehension: I understand long and complex texts of a literary nature or based on facts, appreciating distinctions of style. I understand specialized articles and long technical instructions, even if they are not related to my specialty. - Oral Interaction: I express myself fluently and spontaneously without having to look very obviously for the appropriate expressions. I use language flexibly and effectively for social and professional purposes. I formulate ideas and opinions precisely and relate my interventions skillfully to those of other speakers. - Oral Expression: I present clear and detailed descriptions of complex topics that include other topics, developing concrete ideas and ending with an appropriate conclusion. - Written Expression: I am able to express myself in clear and well-structured texts, exposing points of view at some length. I can write about complex topics in letters, essays or reports, highlighting what I consider to be important aspects. I select the appropriate style for the readers to whom my writings are directed. I may even be able to apply for a job.
