The expansion of the world economy has given rise to numerous changes in the situation of commercial businesses, such as bakeries, fruit shops, fishmongers, butchers,…. The population has been adapting to the availability of the vast majority of fishing products throughout the year, whether of national or international origin. Thus, this course will provide sufficient knowledge to be able to differentiate a wide range of bakery, pastry and confectionery products, as well as knowing the most appropriate measures for handling them with the greatest possible hygiene and safety. Sales techniques will also be addressed in the course in order to provide training to the sales clerk in all areas.
