Objectives
- Identify the different horizontal formwork solutions, defining the materials, components and structure with which they are configured. - Identify the layout references necessary to proceed with the implementation of horizontal formwork, extracting the necessary information on the configuration of the solutions from the reference technical documentation. - Describe the works that make up the installation of horizontal formwork, specifying methods and work sequence. - Apply installation techniques of the usual auxiliary and collective protection means in the work of installing horizontal formwork, collaborating in the installation of the same and correcting the deficiencies of those already installed, complying with the specific health and safety conditions. - Apply horizontal formwork placement techniques, interpreting the necessary technical documentation, identifying the materials and systems to be assembled, selecting the equipment that best adapts to each activity and complying with the specific occupational risk prevention measures.
Career opportunities
He carries out his activity in the production area, as a self-employed or salaried worker, in small, medium and large private companies, under the direction and supervision of a manager, and, where appropriate, organizing the work of his team of operators. Collaborates in the prevention of risks in its area of responsibility, being able to perform the basic function of preventing occupational risks.

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1913_2 Commissioning of Horizontal Formwork, Passenger Cars and Vans, and Provision of the Service, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at accrediting the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls that are published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
