Objectives
- Assess coherence in color reproduction, determining imbalances and their possible causes, based on the basic principles of color science. - Evaluate the possibilities of standardization of workflows related to color management in the graphic industry by analyzing, through process diagrams, the devices involved and the necessary adjustments. - Define the guidelines for the implementation of a color management system in workflows that guarantee the greatest possible consistency in color reproduction, considering specific standards. - Evaluate the possibility of certification of color testing systems, in accordance with normalized printing standards, analyzing the media used and specifying the necessary adjustments.
Career opportunities
He develops his professional activity in the graphic industry, in private or public printing companies. In small, medium or large companies, with very diverse organizational/technological levels. He joins a work team where he develops individual and team tasks. He carries out his work as an independent technician or as a middle manager who organizes and directs the work of a technical team under his charge, assuming collaboration functions in safety management and environmental prevention, being able to perform, among them, basic level occupational risk prevention. Reports hierarchically to the production director and/or the company manager.

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF2803 Planning of Color Management in Graphic Processes, certifying that you have passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as such as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
