It is aimed at anyone who wishes to expand and acquire specialized knowledge regarding Civil and Commercial mediation. The civil and commercial field faces the existence of experts in fields as diverse as competition, consumption, bankruptcy proceedings, property rights or even neighborhood communities, where technical knowledge is needed in the legal, psychological or social field, but always from the perspective of criminal mediation.

Qualification Issued by the European Institute of Tax Consulting - INEAF is a collaborating Institution with the Ministry of Justice for the provision of training in the area of civil and commercial mediation, adapted to Royal Decree 980/2013 of December 13. Students who meet the requirements can register in the Registry of Civil and Commercial Mediators of the Ministry of Justice by requesting it on the following Ministry website (https://sede.mjusticia.gob.es/es/tramites/inscripcion-registro). By Law, it is mandatory that the interested party themselves carry out the registration and provide the Ministry with the relevant documentation for said registration. Once registered, INEAF will validate the training carried out. “Unofficial teaching and not leading to obtaining an official degree or certificate of professionalism.”
