With the MBA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion you will be able to work in educational centers of any level as a teacher specialized in special educational needs. In addition, you will be able to carry out different educational inclusion projects in the classroom, taking into account the specific needs of each student in terms of diversity and interculturality.

What it prepares you for

This master's degree qualifies you to work in educational centers with students with special educational needs: visual, auditory, intellectual functional diversity, giftedness, autism, etc. With it you will learn to identify them, as well as intervene from the classroom with different resources. In addition, you will learn about different aptitude and performance evaluation instruments with which you will be able to know the learning potential of your students.

The MBA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is aimed at all those teachers who wish to specialize in the area of special educational needs and learn how to recognize different learning and development disorders, as well as how to intervene in the classroom with students with SEN.

With our online learning methodology, the student begins his journey with us through a virtual campus designed exclusively to develop the training itinerary with the aim of improving his professional profile. The hours of telelearning carried out on the Virtual Campus are complemented by the student's autonomous work, communication with the teacher, complementary activities and readings, and research work. The Final Master's Project is carried out after completing the theoretical-practical content on Campus, which will be graded with a score between 0-6 points. Finally, they will have to take an official exam in Spanish for each of the master's subjects online.
