Objectives
- Control products and materials, billing and documentation in pharmacy establishments and services. - Assist in the preparation of master formulas, official, dietary and cosmetic preparations, under the supervision of the physician. - Collaborate in health promotion, protection, disease prevention and health education, under the supervision of the physician. - Assist in the dispensing of pharmaceutical, healthcare and parapharmaceutical products, informing users about their use, determining simple somatometric parameters, under the supervision of the physician. - Assist in carrying out basic and standardized clinical analyses, under the supervision of the physician.

It carries out its activity in the public and private spheres of the health sector, at all levels of the National and Regional Health System in pharmaceutical establishments and services, both in the public and private sectors. This professional works mainly in pharmacy offices, pharmacy services, hospitals and parapharmacy establishments, and in drug distribution warehouses and the pharmaceutical industry.
