- Analyze the systems used in robot-assisted turning manufacturing, relating them to the functions they perform (loading, unloading, control, cleaning). - Develop robot programs used to obtain products by turning parts from the process documentation.
He develops his professional activity in the areas of planning and production of large, medium or small companies, public and private, both self-employed and employed, dedicated to the manufacture of machined parts by turning, and may be in charge of lower level personnel.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF2001 Robot Programming, belonging to the Training Module MF2160_3 Programming of CNC Machines for Turn Turning Machining, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
