- Delimit the concept of development from a global approach that integrates the physical, cognitive, psychological and emotional aspects of the human being. - Develop an itinerary of the child's evolutionary course, emphasizing the main milestones of his or her development from the prenatal stage to twelve years of age. - Know the main manifestations of childhood psychopathology. - Analyze the concept of psychoeducational intervention and know its main functions and objectives. - Provide sufficient skills to adapt to possible changes in the family structure. - Provide to those professionals in psychology, education or any other related field and to those who want to specialize in the subject, all those musical skills and therapeutic attitudes necessary to carry out a good job as a music therapist in any of its areas of application.

Students will acquire the basic and necessary knowledge to be able to treat children from a professional point of view, as well as personally. Knowledge is provided about the different realities that the boy/girl experiences during his/her development in childhood from a psychosocial approach. In addition, this course enhances sensitivity and motivation towards music, becoming familiar with music as a therapy for various diseases and invites you to learn about various techniques applicable to both the field of education and health.
