Objectives

- Schedule the establishment of the vineyard and the plantation taking into account the natural factors and the chosen varieties. - Control the conduction system and cultivation operations that allow balanced development of the plant. - Determine the crop protection system appropriate to each situation, prioritizing the use of those that are most respectful of the environment. - Schedule the harvest date and its reception in the winery and control the conditions under which its mechanical treatment is carried out. - Apply pre-fermentative treatments to the must or the harvest depending on the type of wine to be obtained. - Control the development of alcoholic fermentation by establishing the differences represented by the use of a selected culture. - Schedule the development of malolactic fermentation when the quality of the wine requires this transformation. - Specify the succession of stages that take place in the different vinifications, assessing their importance.

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Module MF0037_3 Viticulture Production and Winemaking, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as your own.
