Objectives

- Prepare and maintain in use the equipment and auxiliary means for the application of conservation treatments, according to the procedure manuals and instructions for use, in order to guarantee production. - Carry out and control the filling and closing of the cans, with specific equipment and machinery, to achieve a partial vacuum, before closing the container. - Apply manufacturing procedures according to regulations, to obtain salted semi-preserved products. - Apply manufacturing procedures, according to regulations, to obtain semi-preserved pickles. - Apply manufacturing procedures, according to regulations, to obtain smoked fishing products. - Apply heat treatments to pasteurize, sterilize products following the rules of the procedure manuals, guaranteeing the quality and hygiene of the food.
