Objectives

- Use computer applications from tax administration databases, in order to obtain information of tax significance, quickly and accurately, in accordance with current legislation. - Apply procedures for searching and obtaining information, in processes of requesting tax information as established in tax legislation. - Use techniques to search for information of tax significance in public and private files and registries depending on their nature. - Apply interview techniques to obtain and verify information of tax significance, identifying the elements and/or parameters sought in the different tax procedures. - Develop the data protection protocol, in order to identify information security measures, in accordance with current legislation.

What it prepares you for

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of Training Module MF1783_3 obtaining information of tax significance for the taxpayer, certifying that they have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at accrediting the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which they will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities. Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
