Objectives

- Know the fundamentals of mediation as a method of dispute management and resolution. - Know the regulatory framework regarding mediation. - Acquire knowledge about the functions of the mediator, as well as the processes, clauses and agreements of mediation. - Understand mediation in civil and commercial matters, knowing its procedures, execution systems as well as the different frameworks of mediation in civil and commercial matters. - Know the main starting points of conflicts. - Acquire skills for conflict resolution, using correct style and language. - Learn the characteristics and types of arbitration. - Know the arbitration agreement, as well as its requirements and modalities. - Acquire the concepts of guarantee of all arbitration. - Learn about the decision of all arbitration: the award. - Define the process of assessment and monitoring of the intervention, involving those involved in it. - Carry out the assessment of the mediation process and its results by the different agents who have participated in the process. - Monitor and evaluate the mediation process based on the previous design to check the adequacy of what was programmed. - Offer instruments to the work team to incorporate mediation methods in their program and project planning.

This Master in Civil and Commercial Mediation is aimed at University or Vocational Training Graduates, as well as Lawyers, Attorneys, Social Workers, Psychologists, Social Graduates or anyone who wants to train in Mediation.

Double Qualification: - Master's Degree in Civil and Commercial Mediation with 1500 hours issued by the European Institute of Tax Advisory (INEAF), endorsed by the European Institute of Business Studies (INESEM) “Unofficial teaching and not leading to obtaining an official degree or certificate of professionalism.” - Qualification issued by the European Institute of Tax Consulting - INEAF is a collaborating institution with the Ministry of Justice for the provision of training in the area of civil and commercial mediation, adapted to Royal Decree 980/2013 of December 13. Students who meet the requirements can register in the Registry of Civil and Commercial Mediators of the Ministry of Justice by requesting it on the following Ministry website (https://sede.mjusticia.gob.es/es/tramites/inscripcion-registro). By Law, it is mandatory that the interested party themselves carry out the registration and provide the Ministry with the relevant documentation for said registration. Once registered, INEAF will validate the training carried out. “Unofficial teaching that does not lead to obtaining an official degree or certificate of professionalism.”
