In fact, the increasing complexity of projects and the pressure to meet deadlines and budgets require both a solid conceptual background and a broad practical base. Projects require project managers trained in the most advanced management techniques, since, without adequate training, management inefficiencies will be reflected in project results. Therefore, due to the reasons mentioned, the topic covered in this course is of great interest and demand today. However, quality training offers in this field that are adequately oriented are scarce. These areas make up the reality of the different industrial sectors (construction and equipment) and consulting and services, hence the importance of project management.
