Objectives

- Analyze the operation of machine tools used for the production of parts by high-performance machining in multitasking machines based on turning, relating it to the elements that compose them. - Carry out preparation and tuning operations of machine tools for machining on high-performance multitasking machines based on lathes using the necessary equipment and means and based on documentation and technical specifications. - Carry out assembly and fine-tuning operations of the accessories, devices and tools necessary for high-performance machining on multitasking lathe-based machines, using the necessary equipment and means and based on documentation and technical specifications. - Operate multitasking machine tools based on lathes for high-performance machining, meeting process specifications, obtaining the required quality and observing occupational risk prevention and environmental protection standards. - Apply part verification techniques on multitasking lathe-based machines, following established control guidelines, indicating the contingencies and deviations observed, as well as the causes that cause them, in order to ensure their quality.
