Description

Thanks to this Course in Children's Menu Design you will obtain specialized training in the area of food and the preparation of menus for children, which may be in a school cafeteria, hospital, etc. environment. The ability to apply nutrition and feeding knowledge based on health and adapted to the childhood and adolescent stage will be acquired. By completing this training and more specifically in the area of ​​knowledge of Healthcare services and products, the student will study the basic and specific concepts of said subject. In addition, how to modify the menus in the presence of pathological alterations such as allergies, intolerances or other common pathologies will be studied.
