To carry out the activities related to baking and pastries adequately, it is of utmost importance to conduct and carry out the operations of manufacturing bakery and pastries products, achieving the established production and quality objectives, respecting at all times the current technical-sanitary, environmental and occupational safety and hygiene regulations. Therefore, this course tries to provide the necessary knowledge to apply safety, hygiene and environmental protection regulations in the baking industry.

Job opportunities

The qualified professional in "Bakery-pastries" will act in the Production Department although in constant relationship with the quality and logistics departments, where applicable, of semi-industrial or industrial bakery and pastry companies, of a public or private nature. Likewise, this professional may carry out his or her work in hotels, restaurants and small artisan workshops, as a self-employed worker (owner, partner of the company or hired).
