Description

As a general competence, within the basic operations of a restaurant and bar is assisting in the service and preparing and presenting simple drinks and fast meals, executing and applying basic operations, techniques and standards for handling, preparing and preserving food and drinks. Thus, this course provides the necessary knowledge to carry out basic supply operations and prepare and present simple drinks and fast foods.

Job opportunities

He develops his professional activity, as an assistant or helper, in both large, medium and small restaurant, bars and cafeteria companies. In small establishments you can carry out your activity with a certain autonomy.

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF0258_1 Provisioning, Drinks and Fast Food, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities.
