Throughout history, both the concept of illness and the treatments used have evolved from an etiology and therapy based on magic, spells and the intervention of the gods, to a rational etiology and therapy like the one that exists today. Pharmaceutical staff must be aware of all the new developments that arise in this field in order to provide their patients/users with the most professional care possible. This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to assist in carrying out basic and standardized clinical analyses, under the supervision of the physician.

Job opportunities

It carries out its activity in the public and private spheres of the health sector, at all levels of the National and Regional Health System in pharmaceutical establishments and services, both in the public and private sectors. This professional works mainly in pharmacy offices, hospital pharmacy services and parapharmacy establishments, and in drug distribution warehouses and the pharmaceutical industry. Their professional activity is subject to regulation by the state health administration.
