In the field of the world of building and civil works, it is necessary to know the different building projects, within the professional area of projects and works monitoring. Thus, this course aims to provide the necessary knowledge for the analysis of construction projects, development of construction projects and development of structural elements in said projects.

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Certificate of Professionalism MF0639 Building Projects, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself. (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).

- Argue the fulfillment of the constructive requirements of a building, evaluating the design of an element or composition based on the characteristics of the materials and/or their arrangement, and proposing alternatives. - Represent the structures of a building, locating them as a whole and developing each particular element in detail, providing all the information required to understand the development of the structure. - Analyze the drafting processes of construction projects, classifying the documentation and information that compose them and identifying the agents related to their design and execution. - Analyze the different construction typologies, specifying the spaces and fundamental construction elements of which they consist and applying sizing and measurement criteria. - Argue the fulfillment of the functional requirements of a building, evaluating the design of an element or space based on its proportions and layout, and proposing alternatives. - Represent the solutions provided for the construction of a building, differentiating and evaluating the different elements that make up the representation.
