Description

In the field of the food industry, it is necessary to know the fields of manufacturing roasting products and extruded snacks within the professional area of various foods. Thus, this course aims to provide the necessary knowledge for the production of food extrudates.

Job opportunities

It develops its activity in the roasting industry, in small, medium and large companies, with very diverse organizational-technological levels. You join a work team with other people of the same or lower level of qualification, where you will carry out individual and group tasks on the treatment of raw materials, processing of nuts and manufacturing of extruded snacks. In general, you will report organically to a middle manager. In certain cases, in small industries, or in which manual operations are still relevant, it may exercise functions of supervision of operators and depend, in its exercise, directly on the production manager.
