It develops its activity in the coffee industry, in small, medium and large companies, with very diverse organizational-technological levels. You join a work team with other people of the same or lower level of qualification, where you will carry out individual and group tasks on the treatment of raw materials, processing roasted coffee, making coffee and soluble substitutes. In general, you will report organically to a middle manager. In certain cases, in small industries, or in which manual operations are still relevant, it may exercise functions of supervision of operators and depend, in its exercise, directly on the production manager.
