For the team of professionals in the restaurant field, more specifically bar and cafeteria service, it is very important to develop the pre-service, service and post-service processes of the bar-cafeteria, autonomously applying the corresponding techniques, welcoming and serving the customer, using, if necessary, the English language, achieving the established quality and economic objectives, respecting the standards and practices of safety and hygiene in food handling and administratively managing small establishments of this nature. Thus, this course will provide the necessary knowledge to develop food and beverage service processes at the bar and table.

They carry out their activity in small-sized bars-cafes, often family-run, and may be self-employed or employed.
