For the team of professionals in the restaurant field, more specifically bar and cafeteria service, it is very important to develop the pre-service, service and post-service processes of the bar-cafeteria, autonomously applying the corresponding techniques, welcoming and serving the customer, using, if necessary, the English language, achieving the established quality and economic objectives, respecting the standards and practices of safety and hygiene in food handling and administratively managing small establishments of this nature. Thus, this course will provide the necessary knowledge to advise on drinks other than wines, prepare them and present them.
