Thus, the fundamental competencies in this aspect would be to carry out auxiliary replenishment and conditioning activities at the point of sale and local delivery, following established instructions and criteria, using the necessary equipment, respecting health and safety standards, and providing, if necessary, protocolized and structured attention and information to the customer at the point of sale or in the local delivery service. With this course you will acquire the necessary knowledge to carry out auxiliary operations for the replacement, disposal and conditioning of products at the point of sale.
