Thus, this course aims to provide the necessary knowledge to receive the call, processing the information, establishing and managing the appropriate response based on the priority and type of demand, as well as monitoring and coordinating between the different institutions involved in emergency management, under the supervision of the sector technician/supervisor, using, if necessary, the English language.
