Pay equality has gone from being a principle to becoming a verifiable documentary obligation. Royal Decree 902/2020 already requires Spanish companies to maintain a remuneration record and, in certain cases, carry out an audit with job evaluation. Added to this framework is Directive (EU) 2023/970, which reinforces transparency before hiring, during the employment relationship and in information on the wage gap, and whose transposition period ended in June 2026 without Spain completing it. The result is a scenario of greater scrutiny in which it is not enough to respect equality: you must be able to demonstrate it. This course offers in brief format the keys to building and sustaining that evidence.

Podrá además preparar a la organización ante el refuerzo de obligaciones que introduce el marco europeo y sostener la documentación exigible.
