In the field of the world of Sociocultural Services and the community, it is necessary to know the different fields of Labor insertion of people with disabilities, within the professional area of ​​Social Care. Thus, this course aims to provide the necessary knowledge for the Training of work skills, with the general competence to intervene in the personal and socio-labor environment applying the Supported Employment Methodology to facilitate access and maintenance of the job.

Job opportunities

He develops his professional activity in the public and private spheres, in the area of social and/or community and employment services aimed at people with disabilities, in public bodies and institutions, non-profit organizations and in private companies, mainly of a local or regional nature, departments of employment, social services, departments of social welfare, education, local and regional development agencies, institutes and foundations in charge of the management of social services, whose purpose is the development of social intervention programs, occupational insertion or socio-labor and equal opportunities. He integrates into interdisciplinary social care teams, together with higher level professionals.
