In the field of the world of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of design in the naval industry, within the professional area of metal constructions. Thus, this course aims to provide the necessary knowledge about graphic representation in shipbuilding.

This professional figure is fundamentally located in the function of design and development of products for shipbuilding and repair, developing his work with a multi-purpose character in the area of basic (or product) Engineering, participating in a unit of the Technical Office, within the framework of the functions and objectives assigned by higher level technicians, from whom he will receive general instructions and to whom he will report. It carries out its activity in large, medium and small companies.
