Non-destructive testing (NDT) is any type of test carried out on a material that does not permanently alter its physical, chemical, mechanical or dimensional properties. The repeatability and reliability of non-destructive testing depends largely on the knowledge and skill of the individuals performing them. For this reason, this course provides the student with the necessary knowledge to correctly perform the test using magnetic particles.
