In the field of sociocultural and community services, it is necessary to know the different fields of mediation between the deafblind person and the community, within the professional area of social care. Thus, this course aims to provide the necessary knowledge for the independent user of LSE, threshold level of competence, B1.

Develop your professional activity in any public and/or private structure or organization that manages and/or provides social and educational services, cares for deafblind people and aims to improve the quality of life of the group, as well as in any other context in which deafblind people are present. Its activity is carried out, when appropriate, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You may be hired by: Public administrations related to the provision of social services. Private entities: NGOs, associations, foundations and individuals. It is integrated into interdisciplinary teams, together with other professionals of the same or higher level and/or other professionals specializing in deafblindness.

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF2372 Independent user of LSE, threshold competence level, B1, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities. as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
