The GDPR introduces a new figure, the Data Protection Officer (DPO). The DPO will be appointed based on their professional qualifications and in particular their knowledge of data protection legislation and practice, and may be part of the staff of the controller or data processor, or act within the framework of a service contract. The designation of the DPO is mandatory in many cases. With this course you will acquire the knowledge and skills that will allow you to efficiently carry out the functions of the DPO. Furthermore, with the aim of offering security and reliability to both privacy professionals and companies and entities, our training will allow you to be a Certified Data Protection Officer. We are a training center recognized by ANF Certification Entity Accreditation No. 23/C-PE031, rigorously complying with the criteria established in the AEPD-DPD Scheme v.1.4. Upon passing the final exam of the course, students receive a training certificate issued by INEAF that enables access to the DPD certification exam held by any certifying entity duly accredited by ENAC. Aimed at professionals in the area of Law, Information Security, Technology or in general in any sector related to Data Protection who can justify professional experience of at least 2 years in projects and/or activities and tasks related to the functions of the DPD in terms of data protection and want to obtain the Data Protection Officer Certification. This training is aimed at professionals who perform the functions of Data Protection Officer or other activities related to information privacy, who need DPO certification under the APD scheme, thus guaranteeing that civil liability is covered by a proven qualification. Most public administrations and large companies require this certification.
