The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) introduces a new figure, the Data Protection Officer (DPO). The DPO will be appointed based on their professional qualifications and in particular their knowledge of data protection legislation and practice, and may be part of the staff of the controller or data processor, or act within the framework of a service contract. The designation of the DPO is mandatory in many cases. With this course you will acquire the knowledge and skills that will allow you to efficiently carry out the functions of the DPO. Furthermore, with the aim of offering security and reliability to both privacy professionals and companies and entities, our training will allow you to be a Certified Data Protection Officer.
