Description

The implementation of self-control systems in the food industry based on the HACCP/HACCP System is an effective method to prevent risks due to food consumption and has been, for several years, one of the main strategies to improve food safety. This course offers training to be able to carry out APPC-HACCP Audits. Furthermore, thanks to the course, the student will achieve a global and complete vision composed of the compendium of functions and concepts that besiege the field of food safety. We are approaching the awareness of all professionals in the food field of the importance of their work, of their good practices, since it depends, to a large extent, on the spread of food security in the population. The course aims to train in the field of hazard analysis systems and critical control points, in order to avoid eating contaminated food and implement the HACCP self-control system in companies. In order to be a professional with a position as Food Quality and Safety Manager or the internal or external audit of this area, you need to have training in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004, since this is required by legislation and is mandatory in the face of health inspections to accredit your training qualification to ensure that the procedures comply with the regulations. For this reason, it is key that in addition to your knowledge as an auditor or food safety manager, your training adjusted to this regulation as we offer is also reflected.
