- Train the student in all matters that involve piercings, tattoos and micropigmentation, in accordance with the decree established for the purpose of carrying out said activities. - Select and prepare the equipment and technical means for the application of the techniques, relating them to the different phases of the tattoo process. - Select and prepare the products for the application of the techniques, relating them to the means and effects to be achieved with the tattoo. - Apply safety and prevention measures against personal risks and the means, equipment and products used in tattoo processes. - Propose corrections and decorative motifs that can be made through tattooing, identifying possible contraindications and indications for skin preparation and care. - Apply drawing techniques relating them to the technical means and pigments used to create different types of tattoos. - Analyze the influence and evolution of color and its relationship with the composition of the pigments and the characteristics of the skin area. - Apply tattoo techniques, adapting the technical means to the effects to be achieved and observing hygienic-sanitary standards. - Evaluate the quality of the service and propose measures to correct deviations in the tattoo processes. - Know the facilities and equipment and the hygiene and safety measures. - Learn to use different disinfection techniques. - Learn the basic anatomy and physiology of the human body, delving into the skin and its annexes, and then studying basic notions about microbiology. - Study the cleaning, sterilization and disinfection processes for the hygienic health professional. - Know the different blood-borne diseases and infectious skin diseases. - Explain the hygiene and safety measures that the hygienic health professional must take into account. - Know waste management procedures in the healthcare field. - Study risk prevention and first aid in the health field.
