- Analyze the processes associated with the development of projects and construction works, delimiting the phases that compose them and determining the necessary activities to include in their Base Program. - Determine the activities that make up the Design Program of a given project, analyzing the work and procedures necessary for the development of the design phase, and comparing with the breakdown structure and the program of a project - Analyze the cost control activities of a company, assessing their usefulness, describing concepts, methods and procedures, and detecting common defects in their application. - Describe the cost control process within the environment of a construction project from its conception to its deactivation, differentiating its scope according to the different phases of the project. - Know the basic and fundamental aspects of a Construction Manager. - Representation of architectural plans, such as in construction. - Coordinate and control masonry aid to finishing and installation trades to minimize waiting times between trades, anticipating possible contingencies and promptly requesting the necessary supervision or authorization.
