One of the most valued phenomena in all societies of our time is sport and physical activity, and for this, it is very important to have a fitness instructor and/or sports coach as a guide and teacher. Nowadays it is essential to have a sports trainer or fitness instructor to facilitate the athlete's physical activity and provide greater motivation. This course offers specialized training to be able to work as a fitness instructor and/or sports trainer. The Spanish Fitness Federation only accredits content related to physical activity; any mention of technical-tactical aspects is outside its powers and accreditation. Complete key training to be able to receive the Federated Card, something highly demanded by professionals in the world of sports. This training will allow you to request access as a member to receive the card, in addition to appearing in the Spanish Registry of Exercise Professionals after completing the training.

It is aimed at anyone who needs quality training supported by the FEF with the aim of qualifying for access to a federated fitness card. - Know the basic functions of a Musical Fitness Instructor. - Relate the fundamentals of the different training systems for improving conditional abilities with the development of collective fitness programs with musical support. - Prepare the specific programming of a collective Fitness room with musical support. - Develop group fitness programs with musical support adapted to the different variants of this type of activities based on the topologies and levels of the most common users. - Direct collective Fitness activities with musical support applying the most appropriate methodological strategies. - Know the anatomy and physiology of our body involved in physical activity. - Know the basic physical capabilities for training and the factors that influence their development. - Understand the psychomotor learning process in order to achieve its development. - Plan the training session to organize the athlete's improvement process. - Know the basic regulations of different sports. - Know the possible injuries and risks that athletes may suffer, and how to help in a first aid situation.
