Description
The objective of this course is to provide the student with the necessary skills in the field of Occupational Risk Prevention related to the specific performance of the Preventive Remedy figure, based on the PRL Law 31/1995 and the RD. 39/1997 Regulation of Prevention Services. The presence of the Preventive Resource is mandatory in a series of certain work situations: whenever the risks may be aggravated or modified in the development of the process or activity and that make it necessary to control the correct application of work methods, when dangerous processes or with special risks are carried out or when the need for said presence is required by the Labor and Social Security Inspection.

At the end of the training action, the student will have basic knowledge of safety and occupational and occupational risk prevention, being qualified to perform the functions of the Preventive Resource, included in Art. 32 bis, of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law and in Art. 22 bis of Royal Decree 39/1997 Regulation of Prevention Services.
