Placement Agencies are those public or private entities, for-profit or non-profit, that, in coordination and, where appropriate, collaboration with the corresponding public employment service, carry out labor intermediation activities whose purpose is to provide workers with employment appropriate to their characteristics and provide employers with the workers most appropriate to their requirements and needs.
