Little is known about food safety, not only at the individual level but also at the workplace level. In many cases, a product is not handled well, causing serious consequences for the client or user of said product or service, therefore causing serious losses to the business or company and exposing oneself to fines, sanctions or its closure. That is why it is vitally important to avoid all these consequences that we have good knowledge or good preparation in food handling. This course prepares not only to obtain the necessary knowledge for correct handling but also to put it into practice through a plan, the traceability plan, which will allow the handling process to be carried out in a coherent, orderly and organized manner, thus avoiding possible errors in the different phases of handling a product or service.
